Quality Assurance
HAC has a complete QA system, which is third party accredited, although not certified. This system is based on AS2990 or ISO9001 and details the steps to ensure the requirements of the project are purchased, installed and commissioned to the client’s requirements.
This includes the generation of Inspection test plans, inspection reports and commissioning reports for all items of equipment used in the project.
For the Service division, Harveys have implemented a Quality Assurance System based around the client’s asset register. With this register we produce a Programmed Preventative Maintenance schedule based on the equipment type as recommended by the Airah DA19 guide, Australian Standard and specialised client requirements.
At the time of service, each asset’s barcode is recorded with corresponding maintenance performed. The device also date stamps each service and allows for input to produce a recorded of faults or future work required.
